Unlike physical products, our services are delivered through expert advice, site assessments, design plans, and ongoing support. This Return Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and client satisfaction for consultation services.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your landscaping consultation to a more convenient time at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. This fee covers the time we have reserved for your appointment and the preparation work completed prior to your session. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund before your first consultation session has commenced. Once a consultation session has begun and our landscaping experts have started providing advice and recommendations, the service is considered delivered and refunds are generally not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
For multi-session packages such as our Complete Garden Design or Premium Partnership offerings, refunds for unused sessions may be available under certain circumstances. If you have completed one or more sessions and wish to discontinue the service, we will review your request and may offer a prorated refund for undelivered consultation sessions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality landscaping and composting consultation services. If you are not satisfied with the consultation you received, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include scheduling an additional consultation session at no charge or providing further clarification on our recommendations.
Our goal is to provide you with valuable, actionable advice for your garden projects. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dissatisfaction so our consultation services meet your expectations for professional landscaping guidance.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund according to this policy, please contact us using the information provided below. Include your booking reference, payment details, and the reason for your refund request. We will process approved refunds within 14 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the consultation service. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and credit your account. If you paid by bank transfer, we will need your account details to process the refund directly.
Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. You may reschedule your landscaping consultation appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your schedule and our availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be accommodated when possible, but we reserve the right to apply a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and the reserved time slot. We encourage clients to notify us as early as possible if schedule changes are necessary.
Weather-Related Cancellations
For on-site consultations that involve outdoor assessments, severe weather conditions may require rescheduling. If we determine that weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to conduct an outdoor consultation, we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty or additional charge to either party.
Where possible, we may offer to conduct an initial remote consultation or indoor planning session if weather prevents the scheduled outdoor assessment. This ensures your project continues moving forward while we wait for suitable conditions to complete the on-site evaluation.
Package Modifications
If you have purchased a consultation package and wish to upgrade to a more comprehensive service level, we will apply the cost of your current package toward the upgraded package. Conversely, downgrading to a less expensive package after services have commenced may not result in a refund, as consultation work has already been performed.
We are happy to discuss package modifications and customizations so our landscaping consultation services meet your specific needs. Please contact us before your first session if you would like to adjust your selected package.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this policy if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule consultation services or provide alternative arrangements when possible.
